Another one to check off the bucket list :)

Well here it is! Welcome to An Eye For Design!!!

I can't believe a couple of different things right now:

#1- I, Amelia Kait, one who hates to write, has a blog! Which I know, ya'll are probably thinking..well it's about time I got up to everyone else!

#2- Another one to check off the bucket list...hence the title ;)

#3- Even though this is my first entry, I can already tell how therapeutic this is going to be and how addictive this is going to be, as well!

I did want to make sure that I mentioned...even though this blog is a place to be inspired, my hope is also to make sure that whether it be family, friends, fellow designers or even Facebook addicts...you know who you are :) that all ideas, comments and suggestions are more than welcomed, but strongly encouraged! Even though, I myself am an interior designer, I have a flair for wedding and event planning, along with floral, fashion design, place settings, invitations and an slight unhealthy love for COLOR!! However, with that being said, that does not limit me and should not limit you and other fellow bloggers to post just about anything and everything under the sun that has to do with design and/or creativity.

So here goes! First inspiration of them all.....this is somewhat pressuring...oh but how we have PLENTY of time to be more and more inspired! :)

As I mentioned, floral design appears so simple, yet really isn't. It's precise placement, oh so wide array of hues and it's brilliancy is just breath taking! I don't care if you love flowers or not, this assortment of flowers just can't help but make you smile! And what GREAT colors for this hot, yet very sunny Summer!
