I stumbled upon this image a couple weeks ago and was totally inspired! It's vibrant application of color, along with these traditional wing back velvet chairs, yet aren't too traditional for this space due to the funky swirled nail head trim that provides the perfect balance! Besides the vibrant colors, the small white pottery pieces reminded me so much of Jonathan Adler, another brilliant designer! That's what started his fabulous career, was his love and talent for ceramic pottery. Speaking of, that is something else I could add to my infamous bucket list, take a pottery class! So let's start off this week on the right foot and treat yourself to something fun; take a pottery class, buy a piece by Jonathan Adler (and if you don't know where to go, believe it or not, they carry a few of his pottery pieces and stationary at Barnes and Noble) or a mani & pedi always seems to do the trick, as well!
